Refund Policy

Summary: We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not substantially used the Service.
1. Eligibility for Refund
- Refund request is made within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- The Service has not been substantially used (e.g., minimal session time).
- A verified technical defect prevented reasonable use of the Service.
- A prolonged service outage caused by NEXUS AI made the Service unusable.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
- More than 14 days have elapsed since the original purchase date.
- Subscriptions that converted from a free trial (7-day trial period already consumed).
- Service unavailability due to the user's own hardware, software, or internet environment.
- Accounts suspended due to violation of our Terms of Service.
3. How to Request a Refund
- Step 1: Email nexusai.kr@gmail.com with subject line: [Refund Request] your@email.com
- Step 2: Include your registered email address and order/transaction ID.
- Step 3: We will review and process your request within 3–5 business days.
- Step 4: Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Card processing times may vary.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from within the app under Settings → Subscription. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made.
5. Partial Refunds
For annual subscriptions, if a service outage caused by NEXUS AI exceeds 72 consecutive hours after the 14-day refund window, we will consider a pro-rated refund for the remaining subscription period.
6. Consumer Rights
This Refund Policy does not limit any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction. If you are located in the EU, you may have additional rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
