Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using NEXUS AI software and related services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Definitions

Service: The NEXUS AI desktop application and all associated features provided by NEXUS AI ("Company").
User: Any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Service.
Subscription: A recurring monthly or annual paid plan granting access to premium features.

3. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 7 days' notice of material changes via our website or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

4. Use of the Service

The Service is designed for Windows 10/11 64-bit operating systems.
One subscription license permits installation on one (1) device.
An internet connection may be required for AI features and license validation.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a subscription.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Reverse engineering, decompiling, or extracting source code from the software.
Copying, transferring, or reselling license keys.
Using the Service for unlawful automation, spam, or malicious activity.
Unauthorized collection of third-party personal data using the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and trademarks within the Service are the exclusive property of NEXUS AI. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

7. Service Availability

We strive for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend the Service for maintenance, security, or force majeure events. Extended outages caused by us will be compensated with equivalent subscription time.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for the accuracy of AI responses, downtime of third-party APIs (Groq, OpenAI, Tavily), or issues arising from user hardware or software environments.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NEXUS AI's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Company's registered jurisdiction.
